No Right to Privacy?

Does the Constitution contain a right to privacy?

Well, how would you define the word "privacy"?

It seems to me that being secure in your person, papers and possessions against unreasonable search and seizure is a pretty good definition.

So there's your right to privacy: in the 4th Amendment.
